Do you accept returns for orders?

Unfortunately, we DON’T ACCEPT returns for orders. We encourage our customers to carefully read the product details before making a purchase to ensure it’s the perfect fit for your needs. However, if there’s a hiccup, don’t hesitate to reach out.

What if there's a defect in the product?

Oh no, that’s not what we like to hear! If you spot a defect (like holes, torn fabric, visible blots), just snap some photos and mail them over to us at [ order.support@store.rachnacreation.com ] or send them over on WhatsApp. We’ll review the photos carefully and figure out the best solution for you.

Will I get a refund for a defective product?

As said, we will review the photos of the defect you have shared with us! If the defect is from our end, we’ll sort it out for you, whether it’s a full refund or a partial one. We’ve got your back!

Can I return a product after using it?

Sorry, once a product has been used, it’s like a baby’s first step – it’s taken and can’t be undone. You are eligible for Returns only if the product is UNUSED & in its original condition.

What if I just don't want the product anymore?

As mentioned above, we encourage our customers to read the product details carefully and make the purchase decision accordingly, as we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Under extreme conditions, should we accept your request, please send the product back to us at our warehouse address. Just make sure it’s packed up neatly & safely, and send via a trusted courier partner. Don’t forget to share the Tracking ID with us!

How long will it take to process a return/refund request?

We promise we’re not procrastinating, but give us a little time to review your request – between 24 to 48 hours. We’ll get back to you faster than a baby’s first cry! Note that, the review process is DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL of the return/refund request.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

We’ll work as swiftly as a baby’s first crawl to process your refund ONCE THE REQUEST IS ACCEPTED, usually between 48 to 72 hours. We appreciate your patience!

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

While we DON’T offer direct exchanges, if you’ve got your eye on something else, just browse our product catalogue and make the quickest checkout. Happy Shopping!

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

We understand that sometimes plans change faster than a diaper. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by visiting your Order History and Cancel within 24 Hours of placing the order. However, once the order has been Processed & Shipped from our warehouse, order cancellation is NOT POSSIBLE.

Do you offer free return shipping?

At the moment, we DON’T OFFER free return shipping. However, if the return is due to a defect on our end and the return request is processed & accepted, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
