Do you accept returns for orders?

Unfortunately, we DON’T ACCEPT returns for orders. We encourage our customers to carefully read the product details before making a purchase to ensure it’s the perfect fit for your needs. However, if there’s a hiccup, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Is it safe to make online payments on your website?

Absolutely! Our website is as secure as a baby in a snug blanket. We’ve got SSL encryption keeping your data safe, and we use trusted payment gateways to process your payments. So, you can shop with confidence knowing your information is protected.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders?

At the moment, we’re NOT accepting COD orders. All our orders are PREPAID, so you’ll need to complete your payment online. Think of it as making a digital handshake – secure and quick!

Which payment gateways do you use?

We’ve partnered with three fantastic payment gateways: PayU, Razor Pay, and GPay. They offer a variety of options like Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

What if there's a transaction error but the amount gets debited

Oops! Sometimes the digital world has hiccups. If you face a transaction failure but see that the amount has been debited, don’t worry. This could be due to network issues or bank server errors. What happens if my payment goes through but I still see transaction errors?

If we’ve received your payment but you’re still facing transaction issues, we’ll process your order and get it dispatched ASAP. If you’re feeling uneasy about the payment, just drop us an email with all the Order Details on [ order.support@store.rachnacreation.com ], and we’ll sort it out or refund the amount. Your peace of mind is our priority!

Can I place another order if the first payment fails?

Yes, you can! If your first payment fails or the order isn’t confirmed, feel free to place a new order. Then, email us the details of the first order, and IF we’ve received the payment for it, we’ll process a refund. It’s a win-win!

Do you offer credit or wallet options for payments?

Currently, we DO NOT have Credit Options or Wallets. If an order is eligible for cancellation and / or needs a refund, the amount will go straight back to your original payment method. We’ll be in touch to make sure everything goes smoothly.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We know waiting for a refund can be like waiting for a baby to fall asleep. But don’t worry – once we’ve confirmed the refund, it typically takes 5 – 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience!

Can I get a receipt for my payment?

Absolutely! Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your receipt. If you need another copy, just head over to your Account Dashboard, and you’ll find all your order details there.
